Hunting Antelope in New Mexico
Bull Dog Mesa Outdoors offers trophy quality antelope hunts where most of the antelope targeted are well above the average in most other states. All hunts are strictly fair chase. We primarily focus on spot and stalk hunts where being familiar with extended rifle shots is helpful. However, if you would prefer to archery hunt from a blind, that can be accommodated on a case by case basis.
Archery hunts occur in mid August followed by rifle hunts being 3 days each in late August, late September, and early October. Be prepared to see 15-20 bucks each day in the field from numerous tall vantage points. Most rifle shots average around 200 yard with closer and farther opportunities occasionally presenting themselves.Our pronghorn hunts are 3 days each, with hunters generally tagging out by the second morning. Hunters will stay in comfortable accommodations a professional chef cooking breakfast and dinner.
